public class UARTOutputStream
extends OutputStream

Stream to write bytes to a UART interface. Don't forget to initialize the interface before using this stream.

public UARTOutputStream(int uart)

Creates an output stream on a given UART interface.

Parameters:

uart - UART number.

Method Detail

write

public void write(int b)

Writes a single byte to this stream. Only the least significant byte of the integer b is written to the stream.

Parameters:

b - the byte to be written.

write

public void write(byte[] buffer)

Equivalent to write(buffer, 0, buffer.length).

Parameters:

buffer - the buffer to be written.

                  int off,
                  int count)

Writes count bytes from the byte array buffer starting at position offset to this stream.

off - the start position in buffer from where to get bytes.

count - the number of bytes from buffer to write to this stream.
